As Senior Manager of Workplace Consulting at Avison Young, Alex partners with clients to align people, place, and performance, delivering data-driven strategies that strengthen efficiency, utilization, and office vibrancy. With a background in both workplace strategy and design, Alex blends analytical insight with creative problem-solving, using occupancy analytics, utilization studies, supply and demand modeling, and stakeholder engagement to uncover opportunities that lead to meaningful change.

Alex has led consulting initiatives for national and global organizations covering millions of square feet. Known for translating complex data into clear, actionable guidance, Alex advises senior leadership teams navigating hybrid work, portfolio optimization, and organizational transition.

Before joining Avison Young’s consulting practice, Alex worked as an Interior Designer focused on workplace environments, office repositioning, and environmental branding. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture, which informs a people-centered approach to creating spaces that connect purpose with performance.
