About Alex

Alex Kelly joined Avison Young’s U.S. Capital Markets Group in 2024. Based in Washington, DC, Alex's primary responsibilities include working alongside Avison Young’s local and national deal teams to provide financial analysis in the valuation of assets of all product types, including office, multifamily, medical office, retail and industrial. In his role, Alex oversees the production of offering memorandums, performs underwriting analysis and coordinates deal closings, among a variety of other responsibilities for debt and equity and Investment sales transactions.

Alex graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2023 with a B.A. in Business Administration, where he played for the Varsity Men's Lacrosse Team.
