He joined Avison Young as a Principal after 15 years at CB Richard Ellis, and has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. Andrew has focused on tenant representation and high-profile office leasing assignments, including State House Square, CityPlace, and One Financial Plaza in Hartford. His strengths include the development and implementation of client-driven service programs including tenant representation, landlord representation, availability profiles, leasing strategies, market analysis, lease comparison studies, financial analysis, and lease renewals and negotiations.
