About Andrew

Andrew Jimenez is a Financial Analyst in Avison Young’s Houston office specializing in tenant representation in the Greater Houston market. He assists with market research and data analysis to better serve client needs and works with senior brokers to streamline transaction progress for current and prospective business opportunities. Andrew plays a key role in the team’s efforts to ensure all client transactions are handled professionally and efficiently, from the development of a project’s strategy through completion.

Previously, Andrew has held internships with NewQuest Properties and Cameron Management, where he contributed to market research, lease negotiations, client presentations, CRM management, and the development of data-driven insights for tenant representation and ownership groups.
