About Andrew

Andrew Stelling is an Associate in Avison Young’s Houston office specializing in tenant representation in the Greater Houston market. He assists with market research and data analysis to better serve client needs and works with senior brokers to streamline transaction progress for current and prospective business opportunities. Andrew plays a key role in the team’s efforts to ensure all client transactions are handled professionally and efficiently, from the development of a project’s strategy through completion.

In 2023, Andrew served as a Sales & Credit intern at GM Financial, where he learned underwriting, shadowed B2B sales professionals, and developed an understanding of financing and leasing structures. While at Texas A&M University, Andrew was heavily involved with the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity, serving in several leadership positions.
