About Ann

Ann Ozier is a Vice President with Avison Young's Nashville office specializing in office leasing for both landlords and tenants. A 21-year industry veteran, Ann brings diverse experience in brokerage, corporate real estate and development.

Prior to joining Avison Young Ann was a Vice President of Leasing and Development where she was responsible for the leasing of the company's office portfolio and marketing of new multi-use development opportunities. Additionally, she represented clients on site selection, negotiations and contract review of leases, acquisitions and dispositions.
