About Anthony

Anthony Squillante is a Principal in Avison Young’s Houston office, specializing in tenant representation. He is a highly regarded commercial real estate veteran and has consistently been one of the region’s top producers. Since 2011, Anthony and his tenant representation team have generated nearly $2 billion in transaction value on behalf of their customers. While at Avison Young, he has consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers on a global basis.

With roughly two decades of experience, Anthony is known for his ability to manage complex transactions and deliver exceptional client service. His deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market, combined with his dedication to fostering long-term relationships, enables him to craft innovative solutions that align with his clients’ strategic objectives.

Before joining Avison Young, Anthony served as Managing Director at a national commercial real estate firm, where he built and led a top-performing tenant representation team. Under his leadership, the team received numerous accolades, including NAIOP’s prestigious Pacesetter Award for completing the most transactions per broker in a given year. Anthony was named Houston's top producer for his prior firm in 2019 and consistently ranked among such firm’s top 10 producers nationally.

Anthony has been recognized by several industry organizations, including Bisnow as one of the Top Office and Industrial Brokers and CoStar as a Power Broker. He was also named one of the Houston Business Journal's Heavy Hitters in Office Tenant Representation for five consecutive years (2021–2025).
