About Ashley

Ashley provides property management services for a variety of commercial properties in the Raleigh area, focusing on delivering exceptional service to both owners and tenants. Her responsibilities include tenant relations and retention, financial oversight, budget development, contract and risk management, and coordinating maintenance and capital projects.

With seven years of experience, Ashley has built her career from the ground up, starting as an assistant on a property management team before advancing to Assistant Property Manager and now Property Manager. She has managed a diverse range of property types—including medical, office, retail, warehouse, industrial, and flex spaces. Ashley especially enjoys the unique challenges of managing medical properties and has a strong passion for project management, where her organization, problem-solving, and communication skills shine.
