Office utilization is measured as a percentage of occupancy relative to pre-pandemic levels, with June 2019 serving as the baseline at 100%. The performance reinforces that premier CBD assets continue to attract the strongest in-office attendance.
– Class A office utilization remains consistent across Metro Atlanta, reaching 76.5% in the CBD and 75.9% in suburban markets. In contrast, Trophy and Class B office show much greater variation by location.
– Suburban Class B office recorded 84.9% office utilization, outperforming both Trophy and Class A office in suburban markets while exceeding CBD Class B office by nearly 60%. The results suggest office attendance is driven by more than building class, with location playing a large role.
