Avison Young arranges 8,333-square-foot lease with United Community in Nashville

Top 100 financial institution set to open new branch at a New Heights District Class A office building in early 2027

Nashville, TN – Global real estate advisor Avison Young arranged an 8,333-square-foot lease with United Community, a bank with a 75-year history of serving communities, for a dynamic new branch and office on behalf of the landlord, Speedwagon Capital Partners. The property is located at 915 Rep John Lewis Way S. in Nashville, Tennessee and the new location is anticipated to open in early 2027.
