Avison Young under new market leadership in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Experienced commercial real estate expert, Brendan Kelley, assumes role as Market Leader with strategic growth objectives for business lines and top talent
Philadelphia, PA – Global commercial real estate advisor, Avison Young, today announces that Brendan Kelley will assume the role of Market Leader for its Philadelphia office effective January 1, 2026. In this expanded leadership position, Kelley will drive strategic growth initiatives by strengthening Avison Young’s presence across business lines and attracting top talent to enhance the local team. He will continue to leverage his expertise in capital markets, consulting and advisory services, as well as tenant and landlord representation.

Kelley transitions into the role previously held by David Fahey who successfully built and led the Philadelphia office since its inception 12 years ago. Fahey will continue with Avison Young as an advisor focusing on client relationships within the Philadelphia market as well as nationally – a hallmark of his long career. He will also mentor emerging talent and support recruiting efforts to drive the market’s ongoing growth.

Kelley joined Avison Young in 2023 as Principal, with more than two decades of commercial real estate experience – ranging from stabilizing and selling some of the market’s larger scale assets within the core city and suburban submarkets, to representing tenants nationally.
