Barton Hyde joined Avison Young in August of 2012 as a Principal, overseeing the Medical and Office Group.  With 27 years of commercial real estate experience, Barton specializes in the sales and leasing of medical office and professional office buildings with a focus on owner user purchases, sale/leaseback opportunities, and investment properties. Whether your expanding, relocating, or investing within Greater Las Vegas he provides real time market information and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Barton was a Vice President at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank for over 13 years and is intimately familiar with the Greater Las Vegas commercial real estate market, having grown up in the northwest Las Vegas area, graduating from Western High School, attending both Clark County Community College and UNLV since moving to Las Vegas in 1975.

Barton has established a large variety of relationships with individual physicians, medical practices, professional office tenants, commercial property owners, investors, and businesses, across the Greater Las Vegas area and enjoys serving his clients with up-to-date transaction expertise, extensive market knowledge, and a genuine hard work ethic. Even in challenging market conditions, Barton assist his clients by producing accurate market information, insight, and analysis to sell or lease their commercial assets.
