About Baylee

Baylee serves as a Marketing Associate in the Charlotte office, supporting the brokerage team and assisting with general brokerage responsibilities. In her role, Baylee is responsible for the creation of property flyers, presentations, tour books, along with any other creative materials needed for the brokerage team. She also helps manage the office’s listings on both internal and external databases.

Baylee grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and attended Point Park University where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design. Prior to joining Avison Young in August 2023, she workedas a Marketing Support Specialist at a franchise development and consulting company
