About Ben

Ben Damon joined Avison Young’s Silicon Valley office in the beginning of 2019. Ben joined the fast-growing Silicon Valley team as an Associate. A lifelong resident of California, he brings a deep understanding of local submarkets and a passion for the future of the Bay Area real estate industry. Ben’s focus is on Office/R&D/Industrial sales and leasing, representing both the tenant and the landlord.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Ben spent several years in the wine industry, working throughout Northern California. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending his time outdoors and can be found surfing, golfing, or in the mountains on his horse.
