About Ben

Ben Fabiszewski specializes in the valuation and sale of investment real estate for Avison Young in the Philadelphia Region. Ben is a native to the Philadelphia area and has worked in multiple sectors of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Avison Young, Ben worked as a Tenant Representation Associate with Huff Equities, where he helped with lease negotiations and contracts, as well as tenant expense and escalation projections. He also coordinated electronic marketing.

Ben graduated from The University of Scranton in 2018 with an emphasis in Finance and Economics. While at Scranton, he began working in commercial real estate and was a member of PRISM, a student led investment management organization.
