Bill (“Billy”) Curtis is an Associate in the Tri-State Investment Sales Group at Avison Young’s New York City office, specializing in all asset classes across Manhattan.

Billy has a background in Boston’s real estate development industry, having grown up immersed in the field. A Boston native, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College, where he was also a member of the men’s lacrosse team.
