About Blake

Blake Paluck is an Associate broker in Avison Young’s Irvine office, where he works alongside the brokerage team of Keith Kropfl, Principal & Director of Brokerage Services - Orange County.

Blake graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. During his studies, Blake held several high-profile apprentice roles at various real estate and finance firms, including positions as a Real Estate Agent Apprentice at Berkshire Hathaway, a Finance Intern at OutMatch, and most recently, a Venture Capital Intern at Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners. Blake’s entrepreneurial drive was evident even before his college experience; during his first year he created a machine-learning based photo analytics tool and later partnered with an industry veteran to continue his startup. His diverse background in finance, real estate, and entrepreneurship, combined with his strong analytical skills, makes him an invaluable asset to his team.
