About Brande

Brande has 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a primary focus on retail, facilitating transactions in excess of 15M square feet.  Brande specializes in tenant representation assisting a wide array of clients with their site selection requirements, acquisitions, and dispositions. Additionally, she has experience, working with large institutional landlord’s, developers, and local area landlords with leasing, land sales, acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to starting her brokerage career, Brande worked exclusively for a regional retail shopping center developer as an asset manager working primarily with national retailers, ultimately completing over one-million square feet of transactions.  Her travels throughout the region expanded her knowledge of small and mid-size markets, giving her a competitive advantage and unique view on the East TN market.  Brande provides her clients with extensive market knowledge, competitive analysis, strong negotiation skills, and a focus on results.

Brande received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in French and International Business. She is a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award for 2015 and 2016. She is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and has served on their planning committee.
