About Brandon

Brandon Bean is a Vice President for Avison Young in Houston who focuses on the multifamily service line for the firm.  With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in in the valuation, underwriting, acquisition and disposition of investment sales transactions.   

During his career, Bean has completed more than $350 million in multifamily real estate transactions.

Prior to Avison Young, Bean was an associate broker in the capital markets group at Cushman & Wakefield.
