About Brendan

Brendan Dornblaser is the Manager of the Tri-State Investment Sales team in Avison Young’s New York City office. He brings more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales and has been involved in hundreds of transactions totaling over $2 billion in value. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Brendan managed a multifamily investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap and spent several years as an investment sales agent. His experience spans multiple asset classes and markets across the United States. 

Originally from Los Angeles, Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
