About Brendan

In 2003 Brendan began his career in commercial real estate with the Binswanger Company. As Vice President he represented the market's major landlord’s and was responsible for tens of millions of dollars worth of lease signings representing both tenants and owners.

In 2006 Brendan joined The Buccini/Pollin Group, as Vice President-Transactions his role there was the management of a 2.2 million square foot portfolio with assets located in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. His responsibilities involved brokerage, development, acquisitions and dispositions. While at Buccini/Pollin Brendan co-founded Virtus Realty Advisors, a full service brokerage entity that expanded Buccini’s brokerage capabilities to third party business.

Brendan co-founded Cadence Real Estate Advisors, LLC in 2018 where he focused on the Philadelphia market’s trophy development projects and national tenant representation accounts. Brendan also rolled out Cadence’sinvestment platform where he structured multiple joint ventures which executed on various acquisitions and facilitated equity placement for various family offices.

Brendan has provided real estate services to a myriad of clients, including Lubert-Adler, Power Home Remodeling Group, The Seyon Group, Horizon Equities, Corten Real Estate Partners, The Buccini/Pollin Group Inc, Commonwealth Real Estate, Alliance HP, The Archdiocese of Philadelphia and many more. Brendan was the recipient of the Philadelphia Business Journal Suburban Office Deal of the Year Award for 2009 and a member of Avison Young's Circle of Excellence for being a top producer and has been recognized as a 10 Ten producer Nationally for Avison Young.

He attended LaSalle College High School and LaSalle University and resides in Philadelphia with his wife and four children.
