About Brian
Brian C. de la Fé is a Principal with Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group with over a decade of experience in financial analysis and valuation. With a solid financial background, Brian understands the metrics that support the value of each property he is entrusted with and combines this knowledge with data-driven technology and his local market expertise to deliver creative real estate solutions for clients.
Before joining Avison Young in 2015, Brian was a Senior Financial Analyst for CPG Real Estate, working primarily on CPG’s distressed debt portfolios totaling over $1 billion of unpaid balances and appraisal values. Before his tenure at CPG, Brian also held Analyst roles at Greenstreet Real Estate Partners and Rialto Capital Management.
