Brian A. Helmken serves as Executive Vice President at Avison Young's Minneapolis/St. Paul office. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Helmken has established a distinguished practice specializing in the suburban Minneapolis office market. His expertise encompasses Landlord and Tenant Representation, as well as significant involvement in new office developments, site acquisitions, and dispositions. Recognized as a leading authority in his field, he provides clients with exceptional market insights and strategic guidance.  

Outside of work, Mr. Helmken enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his wife and their five children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
