About Brian

Brian Martin is a Principal primarily working out of Avison Young’s Tysons office. He advises corporate tenants on complex real estate strategy, financial optimization, and lease negotiations.

Before joining Avison Young, Brian served as an Associate at The Ezra Company, working alongside senior brokers to deliver comprehensive tenant advisory services across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Brian specializes in lease evaluation, contract negotiation, and real estate finance. He is known for his financial modeling, in depth market analysis, and his ability to identify and execute cost saving opportunities for occupiers across a wide range of industries.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Dickinson College. A graduate of Landon High School, Brian was a member of both the football and wrestling teams.
