About Brittany

Brittany Ott currently serves as the Marketing Manager for Professional Services - Americas. In this role, Brittany supports Sheila Botting, Principal and President of Americas, Professional Services, assisting with various marketing efforts and streamlining of marketing deliverables. Brittany specfically provides marketing assistance to the Avison Young Consulting, Project Management and Valuation/Appraisal teams. Prior to working as a Marketing Manager, Brittany was the Marketing Coordinator for the Philadelphia Project Management service line and managed website updates, created content and designed newsletters, proposals, presentations, emails, direct mailers and more.  

Prior to working for Avison Young, Brittany worked as the Communications Director of Arrowhead Lake Community Association, a private, gated community in Northeast Pennsylvania, where she managed all communication efforts with the members, renters and guests. Brittany also served as an interim Member Services Manager, leading a team of 12, where she established a welcoming member experience, streamlined processes and directed access control. 

Brittany graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and an emphasis in Graphic Design. When Brittany is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Camryn, relaxing outdoors and good food!
