About Buck

Buck Haltiwanger is an Executive Vice President in Avison Young's Nashville office. Prior to joining Avison Young, Buck served as Principal and Head of Corporate Services for Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone. During his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Buck was a member of the C&W Legal Sector Advisory Group, the Call Center / Data Center Group, the Agency Leasing Professionals Group and the Land Practice Group. Along with his diverse real estate experience, he has an extensive background in business operations, project management, and construction management disciplines.

A 24-year Navy veteran, Buck received his B.S. in Political Science / American Political Systems from the Naval Academy and garnered follow-on M.S. degrees in National Strategic Studies and International Relations from the U.S. Naval War College and Salve Regina, the Newport College, respectively.
