About Buddy

Buddy has been in Real Estate since 1988.  He has represented both local and national clients such MasterBrand, a division of Fortune Brands, Lonestar Plastics, Balcones Recycling, US Oncology, Cooper Industries, Briggs & Stratton, SRS Distribution and Ingersoll Rand.  His real estate experience includes industrial, office and other real estate transactions.  Prior to his Real Estate career, 10 years was spent in the construction industry, which has proved to be very valuable in assessing the costs associated with real estate projects.  The combination of an extensive knowledge of construction and real estate markets, coupled with strong negotiation skills, provides his clients the assurance of receiving the utmost value from a real estate transaction.
