With more than 30 years of experience advising organizations executing capital-intensive, mission-critical facility and infrastructure programs. • Advanced & High-Precision Manufacturing: Advising on manufacturing location strategy, site selection, infrastructure planning, supply-chain alignment, and facility execution for capital-intensive production environments.

Previously, Carl served as Vice President and National Practice Leader for Industrial Services and Special Projects at CRESA.
