About Carol

Carol Estep joined Avison Young as an accounting manager in 2020 with the Avison Young Consulting Services group. 

She brings twenty years of experience in accounting, administrative and operations management. Carol provides guidance and insight to executive leadership regarding business operations. 

Carol primarily focuses on internal processes of daily cash management and oversight, accounts receivable processing, expense reporting management and payroll processing. Additionally, she manages all insurance policy analysis and negotiation and oversees all employment matters. 

Carol supports the company’s objectives through her leadership and operational initiatives in order to ensure team productivity and efficiency.

Previously, Carol served as the Business Manager and Human Resources Director for Honour.
