About Carolina

Carolina Housel is a Market Intelligence Analyst on Avison Young’s Tri-State Market Intelligence team. She brings a background in commercial real estate, market research, and insurance, with experience in brokerage support, due diligence, and data-driven analysis. Prior to joining Avison Young, Carolina served as a Property and Casualty Insurance Intern on Franklin Street’s Brokerage and Placement team. She also completed the CBRE Capital Markets Fellowship Program and Project Destined’s Commercial Real Estate Fundamentals Program, further developing her expertise in market analysis, valuation, and capital markets.

While pursuing her degree, Carolina was actively involved in Florida State University's Real Estate Society, where she strengthened her industry knowledge through networking, professional development, and engagement with commercial real estate professionals.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University.
