About Caroline

Caroline Cox is a Senior Associate in Avison Young’s Nashville office where she focuses her efforts on representing tenants/landlord and buyers/sellers, specifically in the healthcare and office sectors. She leads her clients through site selection, financial analysis, and negotiations to align real estate solutions with their business goals.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Caroline spent several years working in both Knoxville and Nashville where she provided real estate and financial consulting services including development, brokerage and organization management representing over 14.5 million square feet. Combining her past analytical experience with her personable style, Caroline brings a calculated, but fresh approach to her clients.
