About Caryn

I’ve been in property management for 20 years. My career began in Northern New Jersey with Stellar Capital Management, where I spent three years. I spent the next ten years with  Normandy Real Estate Management, a real estate investment firm. The next several years I spent with Lee and Associates and Centrock Corporation.   I have extensive knowledge in many facets of property management, which include Class A office space, Industrial space, medical office buildings  and some  residential properties, which were in receivership. I have vast knowledge of CAM reconciliations, budgets, rent collections, accounts payable/receivable. I work diligently on building relationships with tenants, vendors and clients.
