About Catherine

Catherine Swanson has over ten years of commercial real estate experience including tenant and landlord representation for professional office and industrial building leasing, and commercial building and industrial ground sales. Prior to entering commercial real estate brokerage in 2007, Cathy spent two years working with the Percheron Group, a real estate development company in Downingtown, PA directing the marketing for a residential development in South Carolina. Prior to joining Avison Young in January, 2017 Cathy worked with Professional Realty Advisors (PRA) and Tegler Bush Realty Associates, Ltd who merged with PRA in 2008 where she provided both tenant and landlord representation in leasing and buyer and seller representation in sale transactions.

Cathy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Bloomsburg University in 1987 and received a Certified Public Accountants license in 1992. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation. She is also a member of the Chester County Commercial/Industrial/Investment Council.
