About Chase

Chase Creel is a Market Intelligence Analyst specializing in commercial real estate research, market analysis, and data-driven insights. He supports brokerage teams by providing market intelligence, identifying trends, and delivering research that helps clients make informed real estate decisions. 

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Chase earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Management. Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, he completed a year-long rotational development program with Lennar, where he gained hands-on experience across land acquisition, entitlements, purchasing, land development, construction, and sales. During the program, he identified prospective land acquisition opportunities, conducted competitive market analyses, and contributed to a nationally recognized capstone project exploring the implementation of artificial intelligence to improve land development and entitlement processes. 

Before Lennar, Chase served as a Business Development Intern with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where he researched prospective Fortune 500 clients, analyzed market and client service trends, and developed strategic insights to support business development initiatives. 

Outside of the office, Chase enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his black Labrador, Luna.
