About Chris

Mr. Baer specializes in the delivery of Comprehensive Real Estate Consulting and Transactional Services for U.S., foreign corporations, governmental agencies, non-profit agencies, and institutional investment companies. Chris has in excess of twenty seven (27) years of commercial real estate sales and leasing experience.

Mr. Baer brings a personal commitment, in-depth market knowledge, and broad analytical skills to every assignment. He has specialized in strategic real estate planning, project marketing, major property dispositions, investment sales, and corporate relocations. Chris has an extensive background in the development process having worked in the project planning, assemblage and marketing capacity for major commercial real estate developers. 
A consistent top salesperson, Mr. Baer currently resides in Shadow Hills, CA with his wife and two children.
