About Chris

Chris Berry is a Property Administrator for Avison Young working on properties throughout Central Florida. Chris dedicated nearly 22 years of distinguished service to the U.S. Air Force as a Tactical and Remotely Piloted Aircraft Maintenance Craftsman. Throughout his career, he gained extensive experience in maintenance operations, supervision, budget management, procurement, training, and regulatory compliance. Upon retiring from active service, Chris transitioned to a role as a Veterans Service Representative with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he was responsible for reviewing and processing claims related to disability compensation and other veteran benefits.
