Chris Pedersen is a seasoned global data center sales and leasing executive with over 25 years of experience driving growth for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise operators.

In January 2025, Chris joined the Avison & Young National Data Center Solutions team based in Nashville, Tennessee, where he leverages his extensive expertise in data center sales, site selection, and strategic expansion to support clients across the U.S. and globally.

In 2024, Chris founded AP Advisory Group, a consulting firm focused on advising Hyperscale development, Colocation operators, private equity firms, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals on data center investment strategies.
