About Chris

Chris Prince is a Vice President that joined Avison Young’s Greenville team in 2017, specializing in the commercial office and healthcare sectors. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from Clemson University. A Greenville native, Chris has deep roots in the Upstate, which he uses to the benefit of his clients. He is able to use his in-depth knowledge of the Greenville market to create the best opportunities for his clients to succeed with commercial investments and leasing strategies.

Chris understands the dynamic needs of today’s traditional office user. He is able to provide his clients with creative solutions for their company’s occupancy needs, as well as Landlord’s needs to fill vacant space. Chris also has a unique understanding of the healthcare sector landscape. He is, therefore, able to offer critical insight to clients looking to maximize operations efficiency and determine optimal practice locations so they may meet the needs of their patient base.

Outside the office, Chris can be found volunteering as a mentor for the Clemson MBA program, Salvation Army as an Echelon member, and Generations Group Home. He also sits on Greenville County’s Board of Tax Assessment Appeals, The Warehouse Theater Board and Finance Committee, and the Greenville Advisory Board for the Conservation Voters of South Carolina. On weekends he is usually watching Clemson sports or enjoying the outdoors with his family.
