About Chris

Chris advises both owners and occupiers on their real estate strategies primarily in Boston’s Northern and Northwestern submarkets. Chris’s specialty is with industrial and office properties. Since the start of his career, Chris has successfully negotiated over 80 leases. Prior to joining Avison Young in 2021, Chris gained experience handling the leasing for an 11 million square foot portfolio north of Boston, comprised of office, warehouse, R&D and lab space. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Endicott College in 2019. Chris was a four-year member of the Men’s Lacrosse team at Endicott and has been involved with Team IMPACT, HEADstrong Foundation, and Cummings Foundation. In his free time, Chris coaches for Milton Youth Lacrosse and Laxachusetts club programs.
