About Chris

Chris is a Project Analyst with Avison Young’s Philadelphia Office. In this role, Chris assists with procurement, financial forecasting and reporting, contractor/vendor coordination and oversight, cost tracking, project auditing and compliance of public grant and loan programs such as RACP, IDP, and varying Tax Incentive Programs.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Chris served as a Project Analyst with Remington Group, Inc. where he assisted with RACP Compliance for Dietz & Watson’s new 200,000 sf distribution center in Philadelphia, as well as RACP Compliance for redevelopment of the Tasty Baking Facility located on W. Hunting Park Avenue in Philadelphia.

As an active team member of Avison Young’s Project Management Department, Chris oversaw multiple projects for the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County, coordinated the new construction of East Stroudsburg University’s student housing and assisted the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with RACP Compliance for Aloft Philadelphia Hotel and Geisinger Hospital for Advanced Medicine.
