About Christina

In her current role, Christina is responsible for local marketing programs, brand management, and implementing corporate-directed marketing programs and initiatives. With a background in fine arts, Christina specializes in the vibrant, custom design of corporate, specialty, and investment-specific collateral. Her technique communicates features and benefits through clear, attractive visuals.

Christina has extensive experience at the property level, creating distinctive visual identities for a wide variety of asset types. Christina and the team can position the property with a full brand which may include renaming the project, devising a logo and tagline for the property, and creating an identity through consistency in colors and catchphrases. Christina also assists with graphic elements and design at the corporate level.

She provides overall project management to brokerage teams including creating promotional materials, templates, and public relations pieces.
