About Clayton

Clayton Duewel is an Associate in Avison Young’s Houston office, specializing in tenant representation in the Greater Houston area. He works closely with the tenant representation team led by Anthony Squillante, a Principal in Avison Young’s Houston office.

Previously, Clayton was a Financial Analyst for Avison Young and assisted with market research and data analysis to better serve client needs. In addition, he played a key role in ensuring that all client transactions were handled professionally and efficiently, from the development of a project’s strategy through completion. While studying at Texas A&M University, Clayton gained valuable brokerage experience during his internship at Avison Young, where he conducted market research for both office and industrial properties, prepared client presentation materials, assisted in new business pursuits, and tracked transactional data across the greater Houston area.
