Cristin Curcio joined Avison Young as a Property Manager in August 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Avison Young, she spent 16 years with Ram Realty Advisors, where she held a variety of roles supporting property operations, capital projects, tenant and investor relations, budgeting, reporting and vendor, office and property management.

Cristin's comprehensive background in property management-enhanced by her experience in investor relations, marketing, and corporate initiatives—provides a well-rounded approach to client service and asset performance. She is passionate about maintaining high-performing properties and fostering positive tenant experiences while delivering value to ownership.
