About Daman

Daman Shuman joined Avison Young in February 2023 as a Senior Client Services Coordinator in the Atlanta office. With over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, Daman has acquired a solid foundation in office and industrial tenant representation, agency leasing, and retail. Daman provides creative solutions for internal and external clients supporting day to day marketing and client needs. Daman brings operational structure to the Office Tenant Representation team including transaction support, property listing management, and client marketing collateral. Daman also holds his Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Daman worked as a Senior Sales Enablement Associate at JLL where he owned the creative process from start to finish for new office, industrial and retail pursuits. His previous work experience includes working as Marketing Manager for Cresa Atlanta and Marketing Coordinator for Ackerman & Co.

Daman is married and lives with his husband and three dogs in Atlanta. He enjoys cruising with Disney and exploring the world one city at a time. When Daman is not traveling, you can find him bowling, exploring local cities, or grilling/smoking on his back deck with family and friends.
