About David A.

David joined The Simpson Company in 2007, and since then has focused on the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial buildings and land. He also focuses on the sale of REO and foreclosed assets and Receivership representation.  

Prior to joining The Simpson Company, David spent 26 years in the land and timber industry where he successfully negotiated and closed sales with many of America’s largest companies such as Georgia Pacific, International Paper, Norfolk Southern, Container Corporation and Weyhaeuser. David was also involved in every aspect of property development from strategic planning, land acquisition land clearing and development.

A lifelong resident of Georgia, David graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College in 1979. David and his wife Cathy reside in Duluth and are active in many social and community activities.
