Dee Blanton is an accomplished real estate management professional with nearly 20 years of experience in property management and over 40 years in commercial accounting, hospitality, and office operations. Currently serving as Director, Real Estate Management Services at Avison Young in Nashville, Dee specializes in delivering operational excellence and financial oversight for commercial properties. She currently oversees 2.4 million square feet of office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties.

Throughout her career, Dee has built a reputation for strategic leadership, client-focused service, and deep industry knowledge. She has been an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for more than 15 years, serving as Treasurer for four years and recently re-elected for an additional two-year term. Her commitment to professional development and industry advocacy underscores her dedication to advancing best practices in property management.

Throughout her career at Avison Young Dee has progressed through many management roles: property manager, senior property manager, associate director, and now director.
