About Dena

As Operations Coordinator for Avison Young Phoenix, Dena Brown provides comprehensive operational and transaction support for the Arizona’s brokerage team. Dena’s exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes is essential for this role. Her responsibilities include presentation support, listing and offer preparation, client reporting, transaction administration, and marketing for both landlord and tenant representation. Dena also oversees new employee onboarding and training, deal processing, expense reimbursements, and day-to-day office operations for the office.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Dena served as a Marketing Assistant with Strategic Retail Group, where she provided direct support to the brokerage team. Her role included managing the client database, preparing lease proposals, and assisting with the successful execution of leases and related documentation. She ensured the timely delivery of all collateral and marketing materials, including email campaigns, proposals, maps, and tour books.

Before Strategic Retail Group, Dena gained valuable commercial real estate experience at Trammell Crow Company in Phoenix. There, she worked closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver a high level of service. Her commitment to building strong client relationships has been a consistent hallmark of her career.

Dena is a licensed real estate sales professional in the state of Arizona and brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
