About Dereck

Dereck specializes in office sales and leasing.  His commercial real estate experience began acting as a landlord, an owner/user, and a tenant.  

As the co-owner and CEO of Galena Sport Physical Therapy, he has a large breadth of experience starting and running successful medical practices.  His experience gives him added expertise in identifying owner occupied opportunities, performing landlord and tenant representation and a more in-depth knowledge of medical office space specifically. 

Dereck is a recipient of the Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter Scholarship, and a current CCIM candidate scheduled to complete his certification April 2020.
