–Of the approximately 57 million square feet Bay Area wide occupied by Amazon, Apple, Meta and Google, only 4% of that is currently available for lease.

–Apple leases more than 52% of its estimated portfolio in the Bay Area and owns roughly 43%. While Amazon on the other hand leases more than 91% of its portfolio.

–Of the space occupied in the Bay Area Google and Apple occupy more than 80% of that space in Silicon Valley, with a very small footprint in San Francisco at 10% and 1%, respectively.
