About Dominick

Dominick Floratos serves as an Associate at Avison Young Las Vegas Office. Mr. Floratos currently specializes in Tenant/Landlord representation in the Healthcare and Professional Office sectors.

Dominick was born and raised in Las Vegas and recently graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics. While in school, he attained vast residential leasing knowledge and Nevada Real Estate laws while working as a full-time on-site Property Manager for a nearly 700,00sf, twelve-story,  800 bed student-living residential complex.
